What are the dates of the season?
From May 9 to September 21, 2025. You can make your reservations now! Due to high traffic and the demand on the telephone lines, we advise you to book online to avoid waiting time, see photos of the sites or ready-to-camp sites and avoid losing the desired availability. Availability flies away quickly. To book by phone: (819) 826-6222. Please consult our CONTACT US section for our opening hours.

We accept payment for any purchase as well as the total payment of your stay at the counter by Visa, Mastercard, American express, Interac and cash. For any online reservation, the deposit is only made by Visa and Mastercard.

Only deposits for game loans and magnetic cards, we require them in cash only, because these deposits are returned upon their return.

Concerning the canteen, everything depends on the dealer in place. Inquire before your arrival.

For those without services, this is possible at all times. For other types of sites it is possible however reservations are for a minimum of 2 nights on weekends and during construction holidays and 3 nights for statutory weekends.
If you arrive without a reservation or if you call the old lady and there is still availability, we will be happy to accommodate you for one night.

For ready-to-camp, a minimum of 2 nights is required.

For the campsite: Arrival: from 1 p.m.       Departure: until 1 p.m.
For the hostel and ready-to-camp: Arrival from 4 p.m.    Departure: until 11 a.m.

If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, please contact reception in advance to check the availability of the site, fees may apply.

Yes, we offer Wi-Fi service throughout the campsite. It is chargeable on the campsite but you have a free zone on the reception terrace. Our network is efficient enough to telework (fiber)
  • For showers, there is a $1 fee for a duration of approximately 7 minutes.
  • For washers and dryers, there is a $2.00 fee (2x$1) per cycle.

$1 coins are required. If you are short, don’t worry, we can change them at the reception

Only one camping equipment is allowed per site. However, if the installation of the tent is intended to sleep your minor children in order to have a little more comfort, this will be accepted without charge.

If you wish to put a second equipment on your site to accommodate friends or adult children, you will pay the price of a site without additional service as well as the excess people.

In both cases, it will be necessary to validate beforehand with the management if the size of the site can allow it.

The barrier card is mandatory. A deposit of $20.00 in cash is required and will be returned upon return of the card.

We have 2 charging stations, located in the parking lot of the hostel behind the main building. There is a sign with instructions for connections on site. There is a fee of $1.30 per hour. Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited on the campsites.
Yes, you must order them at reception before 7 p.m.

Yes.

Wearing the bracelet on your WRIST is MANDATORY at all times throughout your presence on the site (visit or stay).

Anyone not wearing a bracelet will have to pay the entrance or stay fees.

In case of breakage, go to reception with your broken bracelet and we will be happy to give you a new one.

In case of loss of the bracelet, the access fees will have to be paid again. We are not responsible for lost bracelets.

In case of refusal to wear it, you will be REFUSED ON THE SITE and you will have to LEAVE immediately.

Yes, provided you are a visitor to our campers.

Visitors are allowed, however before entering the campsite, they must declare themselves at the reception and pay their entrance fee*. Offenders will be fined and evicted immediately.

*visitor fees are non-refundable

Yes, you can park on your friend’s site if the size of their land allows it or park in the visitor parking lot. You must first go to reception to pay your visiting fee.

Yes, on the campsite, except for potentially dangerous dogs, at no extra cost. A few basic rules to follow: the animal must be kept on a leash at all times, not bark excessively so as not to disturb the neighbours, you must pick up the excrement and throw it in the dedicated bins. They are prohibited in the ready-to-camp sites, in the toilets, at the swimming pool, in the playgrounds and on the beach.

Yes it is possible with the agreement of the management according to availability, If you have rented 2 consecutive weekends or more, you have the possibility to leave your equipment on site (except during the high season). Charges may apply for electricity.

No. However, there may be exceptions for families with more than 4 children. Contact us at 819-826-6222.

Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, bath mats, toilet paper, tea towels.

The curfew is at 11pm. After 11pm, we require absolute silence around the fire. Tranquility and respect for all are integral parts of our priorities. In addition, all visitors must leave by curfew.

It is allowed to listen to music, at low volume, provided you respect your neighbors, because respect for all is a priority. The sound must therefore only be heard on your land and the music curfew is at 10 p.m., after which, no music will be tolerated.

Yes, to ensure the safety of all, vehicles, whatever they are (car, golf cart, bike, scooter, etc.) must not exceed 8 km/h. Offenders will be expelled immediately. To give you an idea, 8 km is the speed of a walker who walks at a good pace!

Motorcycles and scooters are prohibited from being used on the campsite. For golf coaches, only seasonal workers with a medical problem are allowed to have them.

Bicycles are of course allowed on the site. However, for safety reasons, cycling is prohibited after dark. Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended.

On the BMX track, wearing a helmet is mandatory.

Unfortunately, no. You can inquire at the tourist centers in the region for places suitable for this activity.

No. It is strictly PROHIBITED TO SMOKE CANNABIS on the entire site.
