Camping:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

A deposit of 50% of the amount of your stay plus an administration fee of $5.00 is required to validate your reservation.<\/p>

A change can be made in your reservation with a notification of at least 5 days prior to your arrival date, either to change the arrival date or to change the length of your stay.\u00a0 A fee of $15.00 plus tax (per site) will be charged to your credit card to affect these changes.<\/p>

\u00a0To cancel<\/u>\u00a0:\u00a0 \u2013 must be 5 full days prior to the arrival date \u2013 the total deposit minus a fee of $15.00 plus tax will be reimbursed.\u00a0 Example:\u00a0 5 full days advance notice\u00a0 \u00a0arrival Friday- you have until midnight the Saturday before to change or cancel your reservation.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

\u2013 less than 5 days prior to arrival date- the deposit will not be refunded\u00a0 \u00a0Example: Cancelling on Sunday or any day thereafter for a Friday arrival = less than 5 full days\u00a0<\/p>

\u2013 No show without notices or cancellation on the same day as your reservation<\/p>

The total amount for your reservation will be charged with no refund available.\u00a0 The site will be held for you until 11 am the following day and after which, your reservation will be cancelled, and the site will be available for rental.<\/p>

On arrival, the total amount must be paid with no possibility of a refund should you decide to leave earlier than foreseen.\u00a0 \u00a0 Please note:\u00a0 No refund will be given if for any unforeseen circumstance that may cause the administration to reduce access to any camping facility, (Pool, water park, playpark, pond, laundry etc.)<\/p>

Camper Rentals:<\/strong><\/p>

A deposit of $150.00 must be paid to hold your reservation.\u00a0 NO refund will be made for this deposit.<\/p>

A change in arrival date or in length of stay may be made if the administration is advised with 5 full days of advance notice.\u00a0 An administration fee of $15.00 plus tax per unit will be charged to your credit card.<\/p>

Cancellation at any time up to the date of arrival:\u00a0 No refund of the deposit of $150.00 as stated above will be made.<\/p>

No show without notices or cancellation on the date of arrival: the total fee for your reservation will be charged to your credit card and the unit will be held until 11 am the following day for you, and without notification from you, your camper rental will be cancelled, and the unit will be available to the public to rent.<\/p>

On arrival, the total amount of your reservation fee must be paid with no possibility of refund should you leave earlier than the specified date on your reservation.<\/p>

THE INN:<\/strong><\/p>

No deposit is required but a valid credit card is necessary as a guarantee.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Cancellation is possible without a charge if made 48 hours prior to arrival day.\u00a0 Cancellation in less than 48 hours will result in a 50% charge deducted from your credit card.<\/p>

NO show or cancellation on the same day as your reservation results in the total amount due for your stay being charged to your credit card.<\/p>

Camping sites:<\/strong>\u00a0 Campers can arrive between 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM.<\/p>

Note:\u00a0 Camper Rental Units:\u00a0 A Guarantee Deposit of $200.00 is due on arrival with the total amount of your reservation.\u00a0 After inspection of the camper site and rental unit, the deposit will be refunded. but the campground reserves the right to hold all or a portion of the deposit should the rental unit or the site have breakage or deterioration. Upon arrival, for rental accommodations (ready to camp), a security deposit of $200 will be required. This is required to guarantee the good condition of the trailer or chalet, breakages and cleanliness of the latter. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay, if the condition of the premises is acceptable. The campsite reserves the right to keep part or the total amount in the event of deterioration of the accommodation and its contents and\/or equipment on the campsite. The campsite also reserves the right to charge $30 per hour to cover cleaning costs if cleaning has not been properly carried out upon departure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The cost of a rental site in the campground applies to a family of two adults and their children (Maximum 4) who are under the age of 18-year-old.\u00a0 Extra people are required to pay the supplemental fee for the time of their stay.<\/p>

The speed limit of 8 KM Maximum per hour MUST be respected.\u00a0 If a second notice is required, you will be asked to leave the campground immediately!<\/p>

Visitors:\u00a0 On arrival, park in the parking lot (do not block the gate) ad go into the office to pay the required fee as per the rate due for your visit.\u00a0 \u00a0A visitor is required to leave no later than 23.00 hours and while visiting, must respect the campground rules\u2026\u00a0 All campers or Inn residents with visitors are responsible for the actions of their visitors.<\/p>

With a prior permission of the administration, animals are welcome.\u00a0 \u00a0With these restrictions, all animals are not allowed in the Rental trailers, or in the Inn.\u00a0 \u00a0 The pet must be kept on a leash and walked in public areas (not on Lots).<\/p>

A pet must not be left unattended and must not be allowed to cause disturbance to the peacefulness of your neighbours.\u00a0 Pet access to washrooms or the swimming pool or water park area is strictly prohibited.\u00a0 All pet owners must pick up and dispose of your animal waste properly.<\/p>

Rental sites and firepots must be kept tidy and clean at all times.\u00a0 Containers for garbage and for recycling are available for your use on the main street beside the garage.<\/p>

The pool is free of charge and for use solely by campers or residents of the Inn.<\/p>

It is forbidden to smoke inside any buildings, including the Inn and rental campers, or in any area of the play park , around the pool, or water park area.\u00a0 \u00a0NO use of Cannabis is allowed anywhere in the campground.\u00a0 (not anywhere beside the lake, on a path, roads, parks, or anywhere on your site).<\/p>

Fires:\u00a0 must be in areas designed for campfires.\u00a0 \u00a0No campfire should exceed 2 feet in height and must never be left unsupervised.\u00a0 \u00a0It is against the rules to move your campfire receptacle.\u00a0 Before going to bed, you must put out your fire.\u00a0 WOOD. It is forbidden to cut any trees or branches.<\/p>

It is not permitted to install a swimming pool or water park ( of any size) on your site.\u00a0 Water is for household use only.\u00a0 No washing of cars, trailers etc ..do not waste water!!<\/p>

Do not park any equipment or vehicle on an empty site.<\/p>

It is not permitted to plug in an electric Vehicle.\u00a0 You must use the recharging station ($) to recharge.<\/p>

ATV or off route vehicles are not allowed in the campground.\u00a0 Golf carts can be authorized with a medical notice.<\/p>

All campers and guests must not make excessive noise in respect of others.\u00a0 Quiet time is 23.00 hours.<\/p>

Inn residents must not make loud noises in respect of their neighbours. Quiet time is 22.00 hours.<\/p>

Bicycles, or scooters, etc are not allowed to circulate in the campground after dark.<\/p>

Do not cut or do anything to damage the trees.<\/p>

Weapons of any type, guns, pistols, bow and arrows, BB guns, Knives, are not allowed in the campground.\u00a0 No extreme or hurtful language, swearing or poor behaviour will be tolerated.<\/p>

Camping Melbourne and its direction will not be held responsible for any accident or injury that may happen on the grounds of the campground or on any site.\u00a0 Camping Melbourne and its direction are not responsible for any items lost or stolen.\u00a0 Camping Melbourne and its direction may not be held responsible for any damage caused by loss of electricity (whole or partial) caused by climate or atmospheric conditions, or by falling trees or branches, or by flooding, as well as damage caused by acts of other campers including injury caused by animals of other campers or their guests.<\/p>

Camping Melbourne reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, guest, or camper at their discretion.<\/p>

Camping Melbourne reserves the right to expulse without reimbursement anyone whose conduct is deemed undesirable or anyone who does not adhere to the rules and regulations.<\/p>
